• Visits for Cats: One-hour visits are usually ideal for meeting a cat’s basic needs while providing enrichment time. Depending on your cat’s preferences and how long you’ll be away, you may opt for two one-hour visits daily to ensure they're having enough attention until you're back with them.

• Visits for Dogs: Only recommended for dogs who are already very independent, having experienced being alone for long hours, including overnight, without expressing signs of distress. Also only recommended if you'll be away for no longer than 5 days. The time/day will depend on each dog's needs. For most dogs, 1.5-hour visits twice daily are sufficient to cover basic care, engage them in their favourite activities, and encourage rest until the next visit.

• Pet Sitting: Ideal for pets requiring constant companionship or a more structured routine. Pet sitting starts at $150/night (from 5 pm to 8 am). If your pet needs care during the day (8 am to 5 pm), additional 4-hour blocks can be added for $50 each.

Feeding, cleaning feeding bowls and pets' toilet, playtime, cuddles and medication administration. If they need specific training, it can be talked through during the meet and greet as well.

Your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow the information provided during our meet-and-greet and in the detailed form you’ll complete after booking. By maintaining your pet’s usual routine and incorporating enriching activities, I’ll help them feel secure, engaged, and calm, encouraging peaceful rest after each visit.

Absolutely! Daily updates, including photos and notes, will keep you informed and reassured that your pet is happy and well cared for.​​

• Rescheduling:

  • No fee if notice is given at least 48 hours before the booked session.

  • If notice is provided with less than 48 hours, 50% of the booking fee will be held as a rescheduling fee, and the remaining 50% will be credited toward a new booking.

  • For emergencies or illness, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll discuss waiving the rescheduling fee on a case-by-case basis.

• Cancellations:

  • Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the session are non-refundable.

  • However, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule instead, where possible.
